Some people collect compliments. I collected empty jars. For over a decade, I filled my kitchen with small-batch pickles, jams, jellies, sauces, mustards, chutneys and spice blends — handcrafted for the people I love most. And every time a jar came back empty, I knew I was onto something. So, I took the leap. Based in Dover, NH, I am a self-taught cook with a lifelong passion for bold flavors and unexpected combinations. What started as a labor of love became Yes We Can! — a line of small-batch, handmade preserves made with local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.  My company name is inspired by the strong women in my family, my closest friends and beyond. Every jar is made the way it always has been: with intention, with care, and with the belief that the best condiment is one that makes you stop and say "wait, what IS that?" This is food made for sharing. Grab your loves and pull up a chair. As my husband John always says, "one bite may lead to an empty jar."
